RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To return your product, you must email us using the “Contact Us” form to receive authorization and the return address. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the package, you can send us an email explaining why you want to return the item at this time.

RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can return an item for a refund or an exchange (see below for details).

To get a return started, please send us an email using the “Contact Us” form. Please be sure to add “Returns” as the subject of the email and include your TheKickShop Order number. We will get back to you with an approval or rejection within 24-48 hours.

If you are approved for a return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection (if applicable) of your refund.

There are certain situations where only 40% – 60% refunds are granted (on a case by case basis):

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Next contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange it for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value, please include a note inside your return package indicating the item you want.

[P.S. Leaving a note inside the package is most effective and it helps our returns team to take care of your exchange faster! The SKU number of the item you want and the size is most helpful in terms of an exchange.]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Unless there was a mistake made on our end. In those cases, we provide prepaid return labels and issue a full refund to you).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
