You must be approved to return an item before you return it!
Please send an email to info@thekickshop.com with the reason you’d like to return/exchange the item, if the return is approved you will receive a return authorization number (RA #). Thanks.
RETURN POLICY:
Return or Exchange:
You must email us within 3 days after your item arrives, with the reason you’d like to return or exchange your item.
Any item that is approved must be unworn with the original box, and contain everything the item came with (shoe laces, retro cards, paper, etc)
Certain high priced items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, so please be sure you read the item description carefully and order the correct size/style you’d like.
If you are returning your item for a refund, you must do so within 7 business days, from date of delivery.
As it states above, it MUST be unworn, and include original contents or you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, (if worn, the item(s) will be returned to you).
When returning an item for a refund, that was shipped for free, you will automatically be charged a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
TheKickShop does not pay your shipping charges when you are returning an item. Refunds may take up to one (1) week to be processed.
PRICE PROTECTION POLICY:
TheKickShop, does not offer Price Protection, meaning, if you purchase an item from the site for $100 one day, and the next day the item is on sale for $80, we will not refund you the $20. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Whether paying for your order with a credit card or paypal, your items MUST be shipped to your billing address (or confirmed address with paypal).
The only exception is when sending a money order, or western union for payment, we will then ship the item(s) to the address that you request.

Shipping in the United States & Puerto Rico
Shipping starts at $15 for the first pair, and $5 for each additional, in the same shipment.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
APO - FPO Shipments
Shipping starts at $15 and increases depending on the item.
Shipping for multiple items is combined at the time of checkout.
All orders ship via United States Post Office.
Since USPS does not provide tracking for APO, and FPO we will email you the customs label at your request - We are not responsible for shipping times or lost packages - IF a package is lost we will do everything we can to recover your loss, but with USPS we can't guarantee)
International Shipping
For International orders, we ship via USPS International Priority or International Express, insured, with tracking. The package usually takes up to 5 business days for delivery once shipped. When ordering, keep in mind we may need additional time to process your order, mainly for verification [up to 3 days]. If you have any special instructions, please note them at the time of ordering.
You are responsible for custom fees, if there are any. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns, exchanges or unclaimed packages [due to incomplete address]. If your international order is over $250 we may request a copy of your ID via email.
Orders that are not received within the 5 business day period may be delayed by your country’s Customs department, just send an email to mike@thekickshop.com and we will help track it.

Additional Information
All items Ship from New York unless otherwise noted.
All shoes are double boxed, meaning your shoe box will be put into another box and then the box will be taped securely.
We are not responsible for shipping errors and delays cause by adverse weather conditions, or the fault of the Post Office.
Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you when your item ships.
Depending on your spam/bulk mail settings, our status emails may end up there. Please make sure to check this folder for our emails before contacting us.
All items are insured for the exact purchase amount
We usually ship within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. Exceptions are Weekends, holidays, International orders, and items placed on Backorder Status. [If an item you order is backordered, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchasing it, via email or phone call. You will have the option of waiting for the item to be restocked, a different size, or a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipping Policy
Due to the high volume of fraud, this shipping policy is strictly enforced.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, the SHIPPING COMPANY (i.e. Post Office, etc.) becomes the responsible party.
If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will file all paperwork necessary to start an investigation with the shipping company. We will make EVERY effort to recover your loss for you.
A replacement or refund will not be given until the investigation is complete and a claim has been issued and paid
