Q: What Payment Methods Does TheKickShop.Com Accept?
A:TheKickShop.Com uses Paypal, & Credit Card Processor to accept credit card and bank payments. (For First Time customers, please make sure to place your order to your billing address or we will deny your transaction. We can only ship to an address different from your billing address if you are a returning customer.)

Customers without a Paypal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process, or will be able to use our secure payment server. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal concerning whether you would like to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through. We also take money orders and western union payments.

If you would like to send a money order or Western Union payment, please call us to make sure your item is in stock. As soon as you have your payment, please call us with the M.O. Number and your name, and we will put the item aside. If paying with Western Union, please call us with the Western Union Auth Number, and as soon as we pick up the money, your item will be shipped.

Please send your money order (including shipping fees), along with the following information to this address: On an index card or blank sheet of white paper, please print the following and put in the envelope with payment. If shipping fees are not included in your payment, you will be notified and will need to send the difference. Please see our information page for shipping info.

Q: Where Is TheKickShop.Com?
A: We are located in Queens, NY.

Q: What Is TheKickShop.Com's Return Policy?
A: We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from TheKickShop.Com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 7 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to TheKickShop.Com must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to Manufacturers (example: Nike, Adidas) in exchange a gift certificate at the shoes' suggested retail price value. We can only guarantee that the shoes purchased from TheKickShop.Com are authentic and in brand new condition, no exceptions. We can not guarantee the condition of the shoebox. For collectors or as a gift, please add a note on the note line when placing the order for us to pick the best shoebox. For detail information on how to return your defective shoes to Nike please email us.

Q: Is TheKickShop.Com A Retail Store?
A: We are currently only an online store with office and warehouse in Queens, NY. No retail locations.

Q: Are TheKickShop.com’s Products Authentic?
A: We only sell authentic shoes. No variants and no fakes. TheKickShop.Com has direct dealership with most of the brands carried on the site. Other merchandise is purchased through authorized dealers. Every product is guaranteed authentic. We can not guarantee the condition of the shoebox. For collectors or as a gift, please add a note on the note line when placing the order for us to pick the best shoebox.

Q: How Does TheKickShop.Com Get Such Rare And Exclusive Shoes?
A: TheKickShop.Com has top of the line dealership with the brands we carry. We also have arrangements with many domestic & foreign shoe stores to exchange or buy shoe styles that are limited edition or shoes that are not released in the U.S.A. We are always looking for new suppliers who can supply us with rare & unique authentic shoes. Q: Is My Payment To TheKickShop.Com Secure?
A: All Payment are done online through the 100% secured "https" Paypal server or our Trusted Credit Card Processor. TheKickShop.Com will never give your credit card number (Payment is transfered to us) and you never have to worry about your credit card info being stolen or sold to other parties online because our processors protect the sensitive information on their secure servers.

Q: Are The Sizes Listed On TheKickShop.Com Men's Sizes Or Woman's Sizes?
A: All shoe sizes on TheKickShop.Com are noted whether it is a Men’s, Woman’s, Kid’s, or Baby’s product. A Woman’s shoe size is 1.5 sizes larger than Man’s. For example, a Men’s Size 10, would be a Woman’s Size 11.5 and so on.

A: TheKickShop.Com purchases directly from manufacturers and direct dealers only.
